Board your charter flight from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, transfer to the pier for embarkation or spend an afternoon at leisure in Ushuaia.

Day 1: Ushuaia

Board flight from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia and either transfer to ship to board or join an excursion to the Arakur Resort, located inside Cerro Alarken natural Reserve. Time at leisure, lunch and / or optional excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park. Embark the ship between 16:00-17:00 hours.

Days 2-3: At Sea - Drake Passage

Spend the next two days at sea as the ship sails through the Drake Passage, a great area in which to observe a large number of sea birds.

Day 4: Neko Bay - Paradise Bay

Arrive at Neko Bay, without doubt one of the most beautiful sights of the Antarctic Peninsula. Wildlife is as abundant and you will be able to observe sea birds such as gulls, Cape Petrels and Cormorants, as well as marine mammals like seals, orcas and whales. Excursions aboard the Zodiac® dinghies allow you to sail close to blue-tinged icebergs or disembark near colonies of penguins, observe leopard seals basking on the shore or watch the Antarctic Terns flying overhead.

Day 5: Pleneau - Port Charcot

Today you sail through the spectacular Lemaire Channel to Pleneau and Port Charcot where you may encounter Adelie Penguins and Blue-eyed Shags. In this area it is likely that you will see some Humpback Whales, Minke Whales and Fin Whales.

Day 6: Port Lockroy

Today the ship arrives at the small island of Goudier, where you will have the opportunity to visit Port Lockroy, discovered by the French explorer Jeano-Baptiste Charcot in 1903. Initially it served as a relief and repair base for whalers, but in 1944 Port Lockroy became a British base. You will be able to visit the small museum that retraces the life of the base in the 1950s. Since 1996, it has been open to the public during the short Southern Summer and is used for carrying out research on Gentoo Penguins. Nowadays, this base is the most visited site of the White Continent and, thanks to its little store and post office, it is the only place to offer you the opportunity to write to your friends and family and share this unique moment.

Day 7: Deception Island

Arrive at Deception Island home to a colony of thousands of Chinstrap Penguins. Deception itself is a sub ducted crater, which opens into the sea, creating a natural harbour for the ship. Here you will find hot springs, an abandoned whaling station, thousands of Cape Pigeons, many Dominican Gulls, Brown and South Polar Skuas and Antarctic Terns. Wilson’s Storm Petrels and Black-bellied Storm Petrels nest in the ruins of the whaling station in Whalers Bay. Board the zodiacs that will allow you to set foot on this expanse of land where more than 100,000 pairs of penguins, Elephant Seals and Fur Seals live side by side.

Day 8: Weddell Sea

Sail into the Weddell Sea through the ice-clogged Antarctic Sound. The presence of huge tabular icebergs will confirm your arrival at the eastern side of the Antarctic Peninsula.

Days 9-10: At Sea - Drake Passage

The ship sails back through the Drake Passage heading towards Ushuaia.

Day 11: Ushuaia

Arrive in Ushuaia, where your voyage ends. Disembark the ship and transfer to the airport for your return flight to Buenos Aires Pistarini (international airport).

Disembark the ship in Ushuaia and transfer to airport for return flight to Buenos Aires.
