Michelangelo

Venice, the Lagoons and the Po Delta Cruise - 6 Days

Discover the beauty of Italy aboard the comfortable Michelangelo, a 2 deck ship constructed in 2000 and refurbished in 2010. The ship measures 110 metres in length and can accommodate up to 158 passengers in a total of 78 cabins. Facilities on board include a swimming pool and a spacious sun deck, complete with a shaded area. There is also a gift shop, a lounge bar with a dance floor and a restaurant serving French inspired cuisine. ****Please note that this is a French-operated ship and that French will usually be the first language spoken on board.****

Info

As you cruise on the French operated Michelangelo, enjoy spectacular views through the large picture windows found in each stateroom or atop its sun chair lined sundeck.

In between excursions, spend lazy days sunning by the pool on the sundeck featuring both covered and uncovered areas, relaxing in the lounge bar complete with dance floor, dining in the French inspired dining room or shopping in the ship’s gift shop. Each cabin features modern comforts including air conditioning, satellite television, radio and hair dryers.

The dining room, large enough to seat all passengers in one sitting, serves a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. Drinks during meals and at the bar may be purchased with a drink card, available for purchase aboard the ship. Tipping is left to your discretion.

Passengers enjoy a full entertainment programme. Depending on the duration of your venture aboard the Michelangelo, entertainment may include pre-meal games, aerobics, evenings with the crew, gala evenings and dancing. During the day casual dress is common. More elegant clothing is accepted for dinner and evening activities.
