Day 4: Aride - Anse Lazio, Praslin
Depart from Beau Vallon Bay early this morning to reach Aride, a striking granite island north of Praslin. This island boasts dense vegetation and is home to many colonies of birds, including the Audubon's shearwater, the Seychelles warbler. In the afternoon your cruise continues to Anse Lazio on Praslin, said to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There will be time for swimming, sunbathing, snorkelling or diving (at additional cost) while you are here.

Day 5: Cousin Island - Curieuse
This morning's port of call is Cousin Island where you can join an optional excursion to the Bird Sanctuary which is in the care of Bird Life International. More than a quarter million birds breed on Cousin Island, which also has several nesting beaches for turtles. In the afternoon, the Pegasus sails to Curieuse where the ship will remain at anchor overnight.

Day 6: Curieuse
Spend the day on Curieuse, an uninhabited island which was once a leper colony. It is also home to giant tortoises and today's optional walking excursion will take you through mangrove forests to the tortoise farm. For lunch you will enjoy a special barbecue on the beach, followed by some time to enjoy watersports in the afternoon.

Day 7: Baie St Anne or Anse Possession, Praslin
The Pegasus departs Curieuse this morning and continues to Praslin, where she docks at Baie St Anne or Anse Possession. From here you can join an optional excursion to the famous Vallee de Mai Reserve, a World Heritage Site. Explore the pathways that weave under tall palm trees producing Coco de Mer and, if you are lucky, you may spot one of the black parrots which are only found in Praslin. The afternoon is at leisure for snorkelling or optional diving activities.

Day 8: Sister Islands/Coco Island - La Digue
Today your cruise reaches the Sister Islands or Coco Island, all uninhabited islands which offer some great snorkelling. After lunch, arrive in La Digue, a quiet island community where time stands still. There are no cars here, just bicycles and oxcarts, and today's optional tour takes you by oxcart to picturesque Anse de Source d'Agent for a sunset swim.
